my plan has canada wide and unlimited texts but i unable to make or recive any calls or texts... the only think working is my data... any help or tips to get this fixed is much appreciated

I'll add one step: when you activate the Lost/stolen status, turn off your phone. Turn it back on only after you have re-activaed your line status. Nad if I may, make sure you didn't activated any restrictions to your service by mistake in your phone settings...Just saying 🙂

In the meantime I would recommend downloading Google Hangouts Dialer for your phone. This will allow you to call out using WiFi or your data for free if you have no other means of calling. It will show up as private number on the other persons line unless you verify your number with Google then it will show up as your number.

i was afraid of that... a but big thanks to you and the other people for trying to help out... was hoping it would be a quick fix... i guess its a waiting game now for a responce from the Moderator Team

I think you'll have to contact one of the moderators then. Unfortunately, their response time can be up to 48 hours or more. so be patient.

Yes I have tried the "Lost / Stolen" remedy earlier today but sadly it did not help me

Give this a try...every so often, cycle your phone off for a moment then back on again. Have you tried the "Lost / Stolen" remedy yet (as was previously suggested) ? Log in to My Account/Plan & Add-ons/Lost - Stolen. Suspend for 5 minutes then click back on Found.

everything worked before my plan expired and the problem showed up after renewing it a day ago

Try this.
Login to self serve - Plan & add-ons - Lost/Stolen phone - Suspend service.
Logout and wait a few minutes then login and select found phone.
This will not blacklist your phone.
