@venicee16 - try accessing your My Account through a tab in incognito mode or when logged in hit that circle with an arrow refresh button. Do you see the change now?
If you don't see the change, it likely did not take affect. Did you go from a lower cost to a higher cost plan? And are you on Autopay? Did you have enough available funds already to renew on the new amount?

Then, please use Incognito mode to login to My account once again. Check if the plan detail shows the old or new one and check Payment History to see which amount PM charged you. The new My Account has cache problem and what you saw might be old cached info. So, use Incognito mode to get the latest info
