My phone was stolen, and none of my emails are working to log into the account for that number; when I opt to sign in with my phone number, it says it'll send a text message to my phone, which is currently stolen. I can not log in to report my phone stolen.

@MMcKay1 - once you get access to your account you can...
Report lost / stolen: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/lost-or-stolen-phone
and, once you obtain a new SIM card and phone, see "How To Change Your SIM Card" in this Help Article: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/change-sim-number

@MMcKay1 Keep in mind that 2FA is working as designed. Even if the person that stole your phone got your 2FA, without your username/password for PM the 2FA is useless.

I'm worried if I send the code to begin with the people who stole my phone will use it.

I searched all of my emails before I reached out here.

@MMcKay1 If you're talking about 2FA, click resend code and select email instead. If you can't remember the email you used to create the account you should contact CS Agent to help you get access to your account and mark the phone stolen. Contact them here,

Search your current email addresses for old incoming from Public Mobile. Does that help?
