Won't let me sign into my account says email is invalid. I need to up credit card info and get my phone working please help

@Claude54 how long has your phone been suspended ? any chance it has been 90+ days?
if you call 1855-4PUBLIC , then enter your phone number, what does it tell you after?
If your account just suspended less than 90 days, you access can be retrieved, just need to open ticket with PM Support and they will sort it out:

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

Everything you need to know about vouchers but you never knew you needed to....
Add thru 611 to reactivate your service then contact customer support in the morning.
