I have a moto g pure 2021 phone will you guys be making any more updates to it I also was having a problem earlier today where I had dropped all of my bars and then once I had done a reset of my phone I got all the bars back I also had a couple of voice mails to listen to but I wasn't able to receive or make any phone calls until I had restarted my phone

remove the screenshot as it contains your IMEI, which is dangerous to post on the internet
for your issue, you have to check with PM and ask them to reprovision your account
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@Homey1002 the phone has VoLTE does not mean it is supported on PM network. PM has its own VoLTE whitelist
What model is your phone? Use this to confirm

the phone does support VoLTE however this wouldn't explain why it loses its signal until it is rebooted. I also had a random number call me earlier today and instead of ringing it just went straight to voice mail and it was a number that I didn't have on a block list.

It could be due to lack of VoLTE support with PM
Your phone could be one model too old to get VoLTE with PM.
But check here
