Where can I get my order number to submit a ticket. I did not receive it via email

If your device supports it, yes, you can order an e-SIM @thierryw .
Then, request the Customer Support Agents (in the contact info i sent already) refund you the cost of the physical SIM card you ordered.
They may very well do this for you.

I did not receive my SIM and it has been 10 business days. Was also wondering if I could get an eSIM instead of the SIM since it is taking too long

No order number required...unless you ordered something from PM. @HALIMACS provided you a direct link to message Customer Support. While you wait for CSA help, let us know what your concern is, we can usually help before the CSA can get to you.

You simply send them a private message, explaining why you need customer support to assist.

"order number" ?? What are you asking for...did you place an order and want update ? If you ordered a PM sim...it could take up to 3 weeks to be delivered via Canada Post.
