not receiving phone calls for a few days. can i get somebody to help me?

I haven’t been able to receive phone calls for a few days I would like to have somebody check to see what’s going on. Maybe they can refresh the network on my end or something like that see if that helps. Or if there’s other problems wrong with my account . I can make phone calls just fine. I have an eSIM

If you've deleted that esim, you need a new one now.

I tried to turn on and turn off net worth/select public but it didn’t work. thank you for the suggestion

Are you new to Public Mobile? Did you port in a phone number from another service provider? Do you know if the eSIM is actually on your phone?

Try this. Go to your settings, Network Settings, turn off Automatic and choose Public Mobile. Reboot phone and try that.
