not able to add new payment method

Hi, I am trying to add a new VISA card to my account for payment purposes. I have tried several times and keep getting an error message. Currently, my subscription is on hold, as I cannot add a new credit card onto my account. Any suggestions? Thank you.

The website is finicky.  You could try a different web browser, incognito/privacy mode or clear cache.  Or even try a different device (ie. PC or labtop).

Have you downloaded Public mobile app?  You can try on app also.  

Payment vouchers are another option. Can be purchased at different in store vendors like shoppers, Canadian Tire, gas stations.  Or online such as recharge.com (surcharge applies).

@Stephie73  You can buy payment vouchers and load the *611 to resume services right away and worry about updating credit card info later . But for updating the card please wait one full hour and try again incognito / private mode or from another device or computer also you can try the app instead too . If still no luck get support to help you update the card

wait a full hour first and try again using Incognito mode.

If you need to resume service urgently, get a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and then load the voucher using *611.  You can also buy voucher online with a small fees from recharge.com/muskbird.com/ding.com
