Hi there,

 

I have a paid PM plan for 3 years and have been using the same SIM card. Recently, I can't seem to get any calls through and there's no network connecting in my phone even when the PM plan is paid and active. 

 

I have tried the SIM card on another phone and it didn't work as well. 

Are there any solutions for this?

try to click Reset all network and hope it works

 

Since it works on iPhone, it is really just a phone problem and not the account/sim card, I think

can you login to the website and press the refresh icon.

the phone is an Oppo andriod. and it worked just fine for a good year before this happened.

I think it might not be android phone or not but the model of the phone.  It might have different bands 

 

What make and model is your phone?

and this phone was working earlier?

Status bar - 1 bar only

My account status - active and still a long way to be due. 

Mobile data is working - based in BC. Tried another phone plan from Kudoo and it's working fine. No local outage.

Android phones seems to be an issue, it seem to work fine in iphone that I borrowed to test it out. But my phone is an Android.

Since you tried your PM SIM in another phone and it is not working, it could be SIM issue.

Gently clean SIM contacts and try again.

Try other SIM in your phone to confirm it is not phone issue.

@Biker47 well , it seen to be the SIM card problem,, since you try to another phone.

Hi @Biker47   so, there is no status bar at all?

 

you check My Account?  is status active?

 

and is mobile data working?

which city and province you are at?  did you  try to use your phone in another area as well? maybe just local outage?

 

I strongly suggest you to also only ticket with PM CS agent

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
