hi following answering yes via text,the extra 2 gb and free long international long distance benefit from the more the merrier promo was never added to my account

The information presented in the two threads was slightly different.  One member said that the add-on was never added while another says that the add-on isn't there.

Contact customer support with a screenshot of your YES reply to 4911 and ask for the holiday gifts to be added to your account.
