when i login to my account it wants me to pick a plan and no longer recognizes the plan i already have.

Actually it is. Each account is linked to an email address. Hence the reason when people like @Morrisphone has a problem logging in and it says they have to sign up for an account, this is when a CS Agent connects the two together so when they sign in, they don't get that error. At least that's what I've seen the Oracles say here time and time again. 🙂
