i got locked out from my account & forgat my password

If you try too many incorrect passwords, your account gets locked out for about one hour. You can try again after one hour to reset your password as described above.
Otherwise, you will need to contact CSA as described above.

Enter the correct email address and then answer the security question. However, if you are unable to get through that to reset the password, you will have to open ticket with PM Support and have them to sort this out for you
