once logged in I get an option to resume activation or to go to log in page.  My goal is to update lapsed payment

Use clean browser - clear cache, use incognito mode. Try using an app.

@PBjelly  I find using the app is best for updating payment . Maybe uninstall the app and reinstall it and when you open up the app allow location services on in the app . But if you’re in a hurry you can also buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug. Art and load the funds *611 to resume services right away
