minutes addons not showing up in my account

been with public 3 months with a 500 min addon .account should show 1500 mins minus the 8 mins i have used my phone since i started the account in my addon. yes i see that the used time comes off the addon first.

When you activated you chose the $15 plan and the $5/500 min add on at the same time? For some reason by doing this you recieved an extra $5 credit. Unless there was an instore retailers promotion when you activated this normally is not how the 30 day credit is applied. Add ons usually are not credited alongside the plan amount credit.

That being said add ons at public mobile are one time purchases. Once paid for and added to the account they will remain there until you completely consume the minutes and it will then disappear from your account. Your autopay will only take payment owing on your plan amount minus any  rewards  and/or funds from your balance.

Unlike other providers who continue to charge you for an "add on" each billing period unless you remove it or cancel it before a certain time period.Public mobile does not do this. In self serve you have complete control over what and when you purchase it. If you want to skip a month of service you can remove autopay or if you have a balance you can suspend via lost/stolen to ensure autopay wont be be charged nor will any funds be taken from your balance to pay for your renewal.

That is correct. That 500 minute add-on is from the purchase on Dec 20. That same add on rolls over to each cycle until consumed. Your plan minutes are used first each cycle.

You bought only one 500 minute add-on on Dec 20.

It is a bit confusing, but the $15 plan is broken into 2 parts ($10 + $5).

If I look at your most recent renewal it is correct. There is no autopay for an add-on.

Please follow @TheGx suggestion and post the latest transaction history of your plan renewal.

You cannot purchase add-ons via autopay. Add-ons are purchased manually.

What did you pay on your last cycle? If you have no referrals it should be $13 plus tax.

Add-ons have to be purchased manually.

Then it is correct. If you only bought one add-on for $5 you only get 500 minutes total. That add-on rolls over each cycle until consumed. The auto pay is for your plan renewal, not add-ons.

So you must be on the $15 plan with 100 calling minutes per cycle. Did you buy one 500 minute add-on for $5 or did you buy a total of 3 for $15?
