@troypaul11 If you haven't already done this, I would also report your phone as lost using your self serve account. This will prevent someone from using your service. Also, you can have the IMEI of the lost device blacklisted so that phone can't be used again. Click the SIMon symbol (question mark) and then tell the chat program to open a ticket with the moderators.

@troypaul11 just go buy a new Sim card and log in to your self serve account and click on change Sim card number and fill it in and then put the new Sim in your new or used phone!
