If you remember all your email accounts just try them all.

@Clarence1 hi look in your email folders for welcome emails from public if you can't find anything
you need to contact a customer service agent
1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
type request email reset/ change
2. alternatively you can private message them here
check your community envelope for a reply

@Clarence1 , if did not delete the welcome emails, do a search for Public Mobile to confirm which email was used.
