Hi I cannot login into my account with my computer but I can login into my rewards. I have already changed my password twice.

@abi -- I had a similar problem; I usually just vist My Account at Public Mobile once a month. When I tried to log in several days ago, I could not do it, not in several browsers, not on my cellphone. I opened a ticket and went through a process to have a new, temporary log-in password set. I did not realize that the temporary password assigned would only work for two hours.
Today, I resolved the log-in issue. I am grateful for the tech-side support! If you open a ticket, you will most likely have the problem resolved quickly -- just pay attention to the 2-hour window for the temporary password that will be assigned.
(the original problem was that my email address [at Mail.com] was not accessible, so I could not verify myself via email)

@abi Yes, there is some cache issue.
With the Chromebook, make sure you don't have any dark theme extensions, like dark reader. Try Incognito mode as advised earlier. Also, try to clear cache, close browser and relaunch.
If none work, try again on another device, like your phone

I have a chromebook and never had trouble login in. Problem started last Wednesday after receiving a text message saying updates and check out the new My Account. I have access to My rewards but no access to My account.

@abi Did you try using Incognito mode/InPrivate mode?
And try using a completely different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome)

Just tried, no issues on both logins.
Try different browser or incognito mode. I believe these two accounts are on different servers. Do not change passwords too many times... If you are confident password is what is supposed to be, just try later or use different machine, browser.
