i bought a phone through public mobile in october and its no longer working, i know its a 1 year warranty so what is my next step?

HI @rideoutgeorgina , Yes, as long as it is within 30 days, you can request to return for full refund.
To return the phone, you need to open ticket with PM and they will send you a return envelope:
click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
- Type CPO phone
- Click Return or Exchange a certfied pre-owned phone
- Click Contact Us
- Click Click here to submit a ticket
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
