I redeemed my points at the end of October for the payment of November. However, the full amount was deducted from my credit card. I'd like to know why the redeem was not done. Thanks.

Thank you. It seems the points were back to my account.
I tried to redeem 20 points this afternoon for a credit to pay my next bill. Hope it will work this time.

Please try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in).
check payment history page and see if PM deposit the rewards amount into your account as Available funds
also, go to Rewards site and check the transaction history and see if PM processed your request

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
