so i bought this public mobile prepaid card today, been nothing but trouble the whole day finally it let me log in i don’t know how many time i tried to activate my sim card today and now that’s it’s activated the 20 dollar voucher that i had to pay 10 in gas to go get won’t work keeps saying to retry again now i’m out 30 bucks really ready to snap is there a number that i can call to actually talk to someone like ughhhhhhhhhh

It can take upto 48 hours for the voucher to become active.
If it doesn't become active after 48 hours; call the customer service number on the back of the voucher. I've had gift card activations where it didn't become automatically valid and the customer service agent had to manually activate it (they can see the transaction, but something with certain gift cards).
I read from others that sometimes the 611 option (load using phone) works, when online fails.

You came here for the rates. This is how rates can be offered. People cost money.
Try the 611 service as mentioned. I find it more reliable for vouchers than the self-serve.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Public mobile has no call centre or live agent. All contact with PM is via private messaging, but it takes time for response unfortunately.
Sometimes the paymnt voucher takes time to activate up to 24 hours. You can try to dial 611 on your phone and try to input the voucher number via your phone. Website also can be finicky at times. Sometimes, clearing cache, trying a different web browser or incognito mode works.
