Just went through this with one of my son's iCloud account. Best to write everything down. It can be so frustrating trying to get back in when there are usernames, passwords, security questions, pins etc.

Did you set up your self service account?
If you forgot your password, you can try to reset:
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
If you can't access your self service account, you will need to contact moderator. Expect 1-2 day wait though.
