In the past few days, my mobile phone suddenly lost its signal and I can neither make nor receive calls. The signal comes and goes. Even when there is a signal, I still can't make phone calls, But I can use the mobile data. This has happened for the second time already.I feel like this happens once every month.

Public mobile SIM card are usually nonrefundable.  You could try to contact customer service agent to see what they can do for you.  Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help.

I don't think network reset will help, but you can try:

If your SIM card worked in another phone, then it is an issue with your Xiaomi K70 unfortunately.

As mentioned already, Telus is testing and changing the 850 3G bands in different areas.  Your phone lacks the 3G 1900 band, which will be important for talk with Public mobile.

Your service may come and go depending on what is happening in your area.  You may need to get another phone.  Best to get one with VoLTE compatiblity and on PM whitelist.

hi @Jayjay324

what phone do you have and where you are?

PM sent message about doem changes with 3G network.  We heard PM realigning some 3G-850 band and it affects phones that are designed for overseas.  So, if your phone is not an North American phone, it could impact your voice calls.

Try Reset Network Settings and try your sim on another phone
