I was sent a message on my phone letting me know my credit card was going to expire the end of this month, I got my new card, but cannot get into my account to upgrade it, can you help me. We keep the phone active even though we are away for 5 months, we want to keep our phone number.

If you cannot login to your account, you can change your password using the Forgot your password? link on the login page. After login to your account, follows the instruction by @Meow to update your cc info.
