normally, you can update it in the self service part of your account. Using the web version, log in to your account  but use incognito mode and clear your cache files first. If that fails give it an hour before trying again. 

Alternative is to message Customer Support to get their help. Click on the orange bubble lower right side of page to start the process of Customer Support.
