My plan is $16.95/ month total and preauthorized payment. I had $30.00 total points worth in account but only $15.00/ month can be used each bill. How can I pay the $1.95 balance?

There is nothing extra that would be charged. The customer has stated that the payment total need for the plan including taxes is $16.95. A single $15/15 point redemption covers the full plan price amount required.

Public Mobile doesn't have any $16.95 (before tax) plan. For $15 plan that comes out a total of $16.95 including the sale tax, a $15 Public Mobile balance, top up, or points redemption would be enough to renew your plan, assuming that you're in a province that Public Mobile isn't charging a 911 fee in.

@Egta_5206 you can stack your bill credits. So if you have 30 pts, you can redeem 2x to get 2x$15 credits applied. The subscription value will deduct form your available funds. Hope this helps
