how to obtain archived payment history or invoices?

Hi, I signed up for two phone lines since November 2016 and needed invoices or at least payment history since account opening for legal purposes.  I can only locate payment history for the past 6 months online. How can I get the historical records?

If you need a formal invoice, you will also need to contact moderator.  

It does take some time for moderator to generate invoice.  Need to Include the following information in your request:

First name:

Last name:

Street address:

Suite/Apartment (if applicable):

City:

Province:

Postal Code:

Customer phone number:

Account #

Email address (if possible):

Requested Month / Period:

Amount paid:
