Thank you. I don't know anything about steps here. I was entering credit card details and clicked on next and got message "Oppss!" with error number 820. I submitted ticket. Waiting, but don't know on what.

are you at step 6 of 6? or you just complete the activation on the browser and trying to login to the app ?
and you are activating physical sim card or eSIM?
You can submit a ticket with CS agent and they will reply via Community inbox and try to help with the activation
