how can i delete an account?? my autopay is on apparently... and i can't turn it off without getting into the account... which i can't do.
so how is it possible to delete an account??

if you know your 4 digits account PIN, you can call *611 to disable Autopay, which will suspend the service at the end of this cycle
Or if you need to keep the phone number, you will need to leave the account active and request porting with your new provider, account will be closed once porting is done
if you need to turn off Autopay from My Account but unable to login, you can engage support and ask them to. delete the card from the system, simply message them here:
