I bought usim for my mother.
she came to canada from other country.
she used it for 3month. and go back to her country with public mobile usim.
I tried to log in with her number. but public doesn't recognize her number.
how to cancel her number. I just have usim number.

You will need to use the email that you used to create her account. A 2FA code will be required to login to her account so click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have it sent to the registered email address. Once you are in her account, disable Subscribe (AutoPay) button. After 90 days of nonpayment by disabling Subscribe. Her account will be closed.

You are supposed to login My Account and disable Subscribed (Autopay) from Payment > Manage Subscription.
