Also contact a CS_Agent to Blacklist your lost phone so it can’t be used.

@crajibkumar52 would one of these FindMyPhone services work?
Apple: https://www.apple.com/ca/icloud/find-my/
Google: https://myaccount.google.com/find-your-phone
Samsung: https://findmymobile.samsung.com/

You've been advised how to place you device in Lost/Stolen mode - highly recommend you do that.
As for tracking, @crajibkumar52 , did you setup a Find My Phone service on it? You can remotely set up an on-screen message to display on your device depending on device/services you may have. (i.e. Google account, etc)
Other than calling your device, and hoping someone answers, you are at the mercy of it's founder to take action to return it to it's rightful owner.

What phone did you lose? A few options depending on android/iphone.

To track your phone there are few services for Android and Apple.
To block your SIM, in self-service click on lost/stolen phone.

@crajibkumar52 Here's some extra information if you're not sure how to put it into lost/stolen mode. Select the Plans/Add-ons tab, Lost/Stolen tab and Suspend Service. Also you have to go back and Resume Service once you've found your phone or have decided to replace the SIM to use in another phone.
I have no idea how you go about tracking your phone, but you can do some basic research by googling your phone/model for some suggestions.
