Hi,
I have two $15 accounts, one that has been active for about 3 years and the other for around 2 years. The 2 year old account currently has a 2GB Holiday Bonus data. But the 3 yr account doesn't have this. I'm quite sure that both accounts had the Holiday Bonus back in December 2021. Why would it stay for one account but not the other?
Is there any way to activate the Holiday Bonus on the account that doesn't have it?

Correct. Until the renewal. Then it goes back to the 250MB.
Adding - the consumption goes back. The add-on steps back and waits to be needed again.

So if I understand correctly, the 2GB Holiday bonus stays on the account and only gets used when you go over your monthly 250MB. is this correct?

Thank you@softech I didn't consider that possibilty. I thought it was a recurring monthly bonus, which it seems that it's not.

@mferre you sure the other account not used up yet?
But I think it is too late to ask for it back anyway Unless you have a screenshot from your phone showing you did reply YES to the Bonus text, then you can try to open the ticket and see if PM Support can help
