last billing cycle, I use my plan data, including 1.5 bonus holiday data(add-on) that I got during Christmas.
so I bought an extra 1 GB data add-on.
when I come back and check this billing cycle, I found out the 1.5 bonus holiday data is gone.
it is not supposed gone.

HI @Jeff8 there is never a holiday bonus of 1.5G data per month. No such sweet holiday so far
There were the 2GB holiday bonus annually for the last 3 holidays. They will show up in your My Account as long as there are not fully used. But once you used the bonus, it will be gone

Those holiday freebies were one time. If you use your plan data then you will use other add-on data (like those). Then you renew and you use plan data again. etc...until you run out of the add-on data. Then it's gone. They don't renew each renewal. They just stay on the account. This is actually a nice feature that, of the big 3 and their sub-brands, only Koodo and Public do that. The others die at renewal.

HI @Jeff8 if you still have the 1.5 GB bonus holiday, why would you pay for extra 1GB?
Any chance you already used up the holiday bonus? The holiday bonus will kick in itself if you used up your regular bonus. You might have used it up, and notice you have no more data, so you went and buy extra?
To confirm the usage, go to Usage page, download the excel file and then check your data usage in the last 90 days.
If you think there is really discrepancy with the usage, open ticket with CS agent for further investigation
open a ticket with PM CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
