Hi @hectorcarmen the people posting in this thread are Public Mobile customers not employees. Public Mobile is taking a self-serve approach, you can still contact them through email.

Right now Public Mobile is in BETA so to start a new account you must;
Sign up for beta here 
Once you receive an email confirming that you are a BETA customer you will be shipped a SIM card
You can then activate the SIM card at https://activate.publicmobile.ca/

Please help me to get a plan with Public Mobile. I have a phone, unlocked, never been with Public Mobile before, so I don't have a phone nr. What do i do next? Please walk me through the steps.

Why is so hard to get in touch wilth you. You guys should have a phone nr to be contacted at, i was almost to give up on it, because of this. I hope you
