@leep

When you come back answer a few questions....

  1. What is the make and model of your phone?
  2. Which US Roaming add on do you have?
  3. When did you purchase it? Date? Time?
  4. Where are you in California?
  5. If it's a large city which part? ie. LA....Hollywood.

If you purchased your US Roaming add on 10 or more days ago you need to contact customer support to fix a glitch with it not working past 10 days.

@leep you don't need to pick T-Mobile 2G, your phone will automatically select 2G network if it is getting voice call and will stay on4G/LTE for text and data

but which roaming addon you got? Voice? Data??

@leep

make sure you have roaming enabled in settings.

Manually select T-Mobile as preferred network.

Cell service with PM is unreliable in US now.

@leep which city and state you are at now?  are you in a different city or different area from where you had connection?

try a phone reboot

try to manually connect to T-Mobile networks instead of using automatic

and  check My Account using Incognito mode to confirm roaming not expired yet
