Did you use the same email on your account and on this Community?

If you did, click on your avatar on the top right then My Setting. This will have your email address then click on Forgot Password.

Orherwise, you need to contact a CS_Agent for further help to login your account.

The login is an email address.  You would have normally received a welcome to Public mobile email.  Maybe check your various emails accounts for this email.  

Then you can reset password:

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password

 

Otherwise, you will need to contact customer service agent to get that information.
