trying to get my account to except the money on prepaid cards , but it says my plan expired last night ,
now i made a mistake when i made a email or passowrd to log in to public mobile .ca
no cant get my phone to auto renew plan with out logging in ?
can i log in useing phone number

Well, now that it's been revived from hours ago...you can enter those prepaid cards (vouchers) using 611 instead of logging in. That way you can restart the service and deal with log in while having service.

you can't Login useing phone number, just email id.
after contact support agent will do change email and set new or temporary password, then use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
if you like to change to new password by yourself go to profile to do it,
and for add credit card then go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.
until you complete set your account, if you like to use vouchers to make payment you can go to any Shell Stations to purchase vouchers
and add it to your account by call *611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,
or from online to buy it vouchers here: Top-up Public Mobile Recharge
