e SIM transfer to my new iPhone

Shirakim

Hello

My name is xxxxxxxxxxxxx. I have an existing eSIM on my old iPhone 12 mini that I want to transfer to my new iPhone 14. I cannot see the QR cord or activation details in my account or app, and iOS direct transfer does not work. Could you please provide me with either a new QR cord or the SM-DP+, Activation Cord, and Confirmation Cord so I can activate it on my new phone?

Also, I purchased another eSIM for $5, but since my original eSIM was already active and free, I would like to know if this $5 purchase can be refunded.

I'll leave my contact info, < email: xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >  as I can't share personal details here.

Thank you. But I didn't know well and I made a mistake in purchasing eSIM on my old phone. I misunderstood that if I bought eSIM on my old phone, I would get a QR code.
So at first, it was down for free as you said. After that, I couldn't find the QR code anywhere. I paid 5 dollars and bought it again. So this amount can't be canceled? I tried to buy it from a new phone, but it said I have to pay 5 dollars again.

@Shirakim

eSIM cannot be moved.  BUT Luckily, you can get a replacement for FREE

To rebuy new eSIM for FREE, first, download the app on your new phone and login.  If you have problem with receiving 2FA code, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" and choose either Send email or Send voice message

Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM

Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install (the system will check and apply a $5 credit to bring the total price back to $0 at checkout), and follow the prompt to complete and purchase and install eSIM on your device
(in rare case that PM charges you for the replacement esim, you can submit a ticket with PM support and ask them for reimbursement)

Existing eSIM users at Public Mobile who need a replacement can do so at no extra cost. When you request a new eSIM through the usual process, we automatically identify you as an existing eSIM user and waive the replacement fee. See below for steps on how to get your new eSIM.
