I was finally able to log into my account to see that my plan is still active but my data is not working at all, I got a new SIM card and tried that, tried putting the card into a different phone, but nothing. I tried using my phone as a hotspot to see if it would work and it says connected but no internet.

@Madisonleigh25    Perhaps you need to reset your APN settings,   Here's couple of links for both android and iphone:

However, you should definitely consider the 4G $40/15GB plan currently available in self serve (for a limited time).  That is unless you're on the discontinued $60 plan which included US roaming talk/text/2GB data, then would need to keep in mind that changing plans will mean you cannot go back to the grandfathered plan.

Try rebooting your phone by holding down the power button and power off then power back on.

It could also be an outage in your area so check the outage map:

  • Check the data usage limit settings on your phone, make sure to reset that manually because it doesn't know when your PM plan resets.
  • Make sure your network connection settings are set to “Auto” or “4G(or LTE)/3G”
  • Put your phone into Airplane mode for around a minute, turn off airplane mode. Might also want to reset your phone, then test data again.

 

Next thing to check: log in to your PM account, in the Plan Usage section, look for the words “Updated <some time> a ago” and click on the refresh icon beside it (looks like this 🔄).

After refresh, check the data usage counter. If what it shows does not make sense, open a ticket via chatbot to have an agent look into this for you.

Lastly, you might want to consider switching to the $40 for 15GB plan we have on promo until Nov. 27th. Choose “change plan at next renewal” so you don't waste the money paid for your recent plan renewal.

it hasn't done this before no and my plan just renewed as of yesterday, I haven't even gotten an email or text to say I've used even half, I live out in the country where I don't have service so I only have it when I go into town and yesterday was my first time in town in about three days
