@CS_Agent I don't remember my account email address. can you help me to find it. I can reset password by phone, but by using email address, I did not receive the code sent.
The email should be same as my community login email. but seem not working for the account login.

You will have to contact gent directly, not through Community.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.

@guyang2000 You will need to contac a customer service agent.
You can contact a Customer Service Rep one of 2 ways.
1. At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though they are typically much faster. Keep an eye on the envelope icon top right for replies.
