@kowalski

It sounds like you skipped the step when you ported over from Fido.

As @darlicious indicated, you will need to contact the moderator to restart the porting process.

@kowalski

Call the Telus porting team phone number in @darlicious post above. Somebody can help restart the porting process.  Or contact moderator team. (Slower)

The reason for not gettting the porting text from Fido has to do with the Fido SIM card needing to be in a phone to receive it.  That text message will not be received if you're only using your Public Mobile SIM card.  As for calls going directly to voicemail, this is also because the Fido SIM card was revoved.  All of your incoming calls are still be routed to your Fido service.

I didn't get txt from fido for porting yet

@kowalski

Are your calls going to your fido voicemail? Is your fido account still active? Put your fido sim card back in your phone and see if you still have active service. If so leave the sim in and either contact the moderators to reinitiate your port request or alternatively call the telus porting department with your fido account # and ask them to do this for you. 1 844 XXX XXXX. Keep your fido sim card in your phone until you recieve the porting authorization text and respond YES within 90 minutes of recieving it. You can then put your pm sim back in. Your port will complete within 2 hours at the most.

Edit: The porting department phone number can be shared privately.....you may contact me if it is needed. thx

Your porting hasn't yet completed.
