change subscription to $15 or $20 plan

I recently changed my subscription to $30 US&CA plan for a travel to US. but when I wanted to change it back to the $20 3G data plan, it's not available for me, can anyone tell me what's wrong with my account?

they have a $18 1GB plan now!!

yes, it is not the $20 3GB you have, but you can consider changing to the $18 plan first, then you can upgrade to other plan, like the $23-3GB plan

Some PM customers will port to another company (ie. Lucky or Freedom) and then port back as a new PM customer. Then you can choose whatever plan is available to new customers.  There is extra costs in doing this porting out/back in. 

Yea, they've been pretty strict lately....

Nothing is wrong with your account. 

Unfortunately,  the $15 plan has been removed for plan changes. And the the $20 plan is only for new activations. 

You'd have to stick to what you have now and keep checking your account to see if anything cheaper appears.

sorry @HT1981 , you can only change to plans available on your My Account's Change Subscription page

it is generally harder to change to cheaper plans. $20 plan is pretty much a new activation only plan or only for those with $15 or $13
