my account is paid up but cant use my phone

What does that mean?  No calling?  No texting?  Are you able to connect to a network?  Details are needed if you want proper help.

@terryb1219 - what troubleshooting have you tried? We are customers like you here and cannot see your account.

 

Try 1 or more of the below:

  • toggle into and out of airplane mode
  • perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings
  • move your sim card to another phone to see if services works
  • manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if services work

dial 611 to confirm service is Active.

Reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

Also login to your account and check to see if it is Activate.

If not, how did you pay? Sometimes AutoPay has failed and you need to make a manual payment on your account.

You can also pay with vouchers from these locations and enter the voucher number by dialing *611:

Hi @terryb1219 reboot the phone first

 

And login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode and check if account status is Active, maybe renewal failed
