@perera Go into selfserve and hit the re-activate button. It will ask you to fund your account make sure you enter the correct PIN from your receipt. Sometimes you might have to wait for ~ hour for a voucher to be active in the PM system before you can enter it.
If it's still an issue submit a ticket and ask the moderator to enter the voucher for you please include the PIN number or attach a copy of the receipt.
To submit a ticket to Public Mobile do the following:

Some store does not activate PM voucher right away. Is the cashier asked you to wait for a date or 2 before use?
You can wait for a day and test it again OR
Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Enter "contact human" as question for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.
