@alberttan    did you try the Forgot Password link?  I understand you forgot which email you used, but you can guess with email address you have.  But even you guessed the correct email, you still have to answer the security question you set up.

 

In case you cannot through with Forgot Password, open a ticket with PM using the chatbot: on the lower right.  This can help you to get to open ticket scree quicker:

 

type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"

you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Is your account currently in Suspended status?

 

After 90 days of suspended/non-payment status, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:

1-Lose access to your phone number (and Self Serve account), any rewards or Available Funds balance that was in your account at time of suspension, and won’t be able to transfer the phone number to a new provider in the future.

2-Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.

- Try all emails you recently use unless you created one particularly for PM. You should have it somewhere.

- If you cannot recall email you used for PM the only option is to contact CSA (open a ticket as per below link) and talk to them. You will have to provide bunch of personal info to confirm you are you and they will assist after.

 

- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with MODs). Click here and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented.

- Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
