cannot login as it gives errors when doing activation, shows error page

I created account and when login, it redirect to activation page, when click activate button, it shows errors

@Chengluo in addition to the reply from @hTideGnow , i will add that you can only activate/subscribe using the app. The web version will only allow you to get so far without errors. Hope this helps
