cannot change plan for recently expired account

Hi, I want to change to a lower cost plan from my current plan (which expired a few days ago). I click "Change Plan" then select new options on the ensuing page. But my only options are: 

(1) Top up to reactivate plan

(2) Change plan on next renewal date

Obviously I do not want to do (1) so I click on (2) [even though the renewal date has already expired] but nothing happens. The new plan is $37 and with HST, it should come out to $41.81. I put $42 in my account prior to trying the above. But no luck. What's up?

that would probably be because no one cares at this company.

expired accounts can only activate the same plan they had to change plans on an expired account you need the mods to do it for you.

so contact them to change it for you.
