can't receive incoming calls

recently changed to public and transferred my rogers number.  got the authorization from rogers and still not able to get incoming calls two days later

HI @TMT1   did you reboot the phone?  

 

Also, if you put the Rogers SIM card back, does the Rogers sim work?  if it works, Rogers has not release the line yet

 

Call the porting team to ask them to re-request the transfer from Rogers.  I will send you the number to the team

@TMT1  or, submit a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA) for an agent to help you for issues with transfer/porting of phone numbers over to Public Mobile.

@TMT1   did you reply the Rogers text within 48 hours ?

 

 

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can confirm and re-trigger the process for you if required.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
