Hi there,
I noticed today that I was not able to make or receive phone calls (just was getting a beeping sound). I investigated and saw that my account had expired today (?). So I added $40 worth of funds to my account, and now my account says active. However, my phone is still not able to make or receive calls. I am stumped as to why it had expired (usually it just charges my account automatically each month to renew). And also why my service is not returning. Help.

Can you try your SIM into another phone? If calls still don't work Turn off VoLTE if you have a VoLTE enabled phone.
If turning off your phone for a few minutes, then restarting it doesn't help, connect with CSA by methods provided above.

did you try reboot your phone?
there has been issue with voice and PM supposed to have fixed it, maybe you are still impated.
Open ticket with PM support so they can check
