i am new to PM . i just activated my sim, got new#, but nothing but nothig works. i tried to fit APN, doesnt help. my phon unlocked and previosly checked IMEI #
can somebody help me????

Do you mean refund for your phone or from Public Mobile?
Public Mobile is 100% prepaid and is not required to provide a refund because you have the wrong phone. If you wish to try, send a private message to any moderator ( @Mary_M for example) with your phone number and an explanation of what happened. It will be several days befoe you have a reply.

All phones, except for Koodo/Telus, MUST be unlocked.

Bad news I'm afraid. Our go to source for compatibility is http://willmyphonework.net. The report below says it will not connect to Public Mobile's network.

no service, it is lenovo s660, unlocked, dual sim,bought in Ukraine.

@andreyfaigon Reboot your phone then report what message you see; No Service, No SIM, Public Mobile with bars, etc.?
What is make/model of your phone? Where purchased?
