i can't login . i have changed my email passwords everything. I am ready to just cancell the whole thing and go to another provider

what I found out, I tried it myself, I don't know if you have an Android phone, but I had two passwords saved in my phone one for my wife's account and one for mine. once I deleted my wife's password I was able to log in

I think your current email login is not properly tied with the My Account. I believe it is an easy fix for PM , please open ticket by direct message as advised above

i logged in in cognito and it me to buy a new subscription but doesnt show me my current account details

Use clean browser.

what was the error message? A1 Forbidden?
Try again using BOTH the browser and the app
With browser, please use incognito mode
With the app, if you have the app installed already, uninstall, reboot and reinstall the app and login
If nothing works, please open ticket with PM support
